There is no refund policy with https://www.ainekay.com but if you are not happy with your reading then you can contact me, and we can discuss the issues and go from there. If I am unable to read for you, I will let you know, and your money will be returned. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the service purchased. All refunds are made at the discretion of https://www.ainekay.com.
